I wish to recommend Bret Pember who worked for me at XTON from 2004 to 2007 during this period Bret was responsible for construction, quotes, submission of tenders, liaison with architects and owners, as well as organisation of tradesmen.
One of the jobs he did was for One World Sports – Head Foreman, organising trades, liaising with architects, designers and the Harbour Foreshore Authority as well as keeping on schedule.
He was responsible for overseeing all trades signed in and out and that they had completed the onsite induction as well as had a current green card.
He is an excellent project manager and has routinely be responsible not only for quoting for building jobs but also the 'just in time' delivery of raw materials to undertake construction. In this regard he has been able to consistently manage all other contractors in jobs from councils, architects, a wide variety of sub-contractors and his own staff.
I have found him especially good and dealing with clients, not only can he manage to get jobs on time and on budget almost always but he can always explain in plain English every step of the building process to the clients. He is a good listener and makes the extra effort to satisfy their expectations and needs.
Bret is one of those younger traders who can still picture the finished product from plans, assess their practicality and deliver on customers visions.

EFPRO Security Services has recently commenced operations in New South Wales.
Our office required a specialized fit out comprising integrated security controls with a tight finish time.
Hype Building was recommended and after a briefing where Bret suggested several more practical alternatives, works commenced the next day.
Bret ordered all materials and sub-contractors. The entire fit out was completed in a little over 2 weeks with results that have been commented favourably on by licensing authorities during mandatory inspections.
It was a pleasure to travel up from Melbourne and see a finished item to every detail as was envisaged at planning.
