Bret Pember is the director and the head builder at Hype Building. With over 25 years’ experience in the building industry, Bret has honed his workmanship and construction knowledge by working across residential and commercial projects throughout Sydney. He’s also been a proud resident of Sydney’s Northern Beaches for more than 40 years.

Bret started Hype Building in 2010 with a vision to provide local residents with a holistic and high-end service that would demystify and simplify the building process. His mission was to work closely with all clients to build solid relationships, while providing top-quality craftsmanship.
